I got a Korg AX1500G for Christmas. When I play it through headphones, everything sounds great and works fine. However, when I plug it into my amp (Peavey Delta Blues 210), I'm having really severe problem with volume discrepencies. Some patches are too quiet to hear, even with the the guitar volume turned all the way up. Others are too loud to bear with the volume knob turned low.
This doesn't happen through the headphone jack. I don't know if something is wrong with the output or if I'm just doing something wrong. The sequence is just straight guitar-Korg-amp. I tried putting it in my effects loop and it didn't work at all. Its also humming a lot, but the volume problems are whats really bugging me.Does anybody have any suggestions? Click to expand.Ditto. I have the the AX3000G - an updated version of the 1500, but it's essentially the same.
I've had it for only a few weeks, and I also love it - so far!And DITTO the tip. I started right off overwriting all the factory settings, and I might add. Adjust those individual volume controls again, but use your amp instead of those headphones that you used while trying to figure the 1500 out.
It should only take about a minute for each setting. You'll get faster and faster as you use it more and more.
